The Position

The Branch Manager oversees delivery of a full range of services to members and prospective members. They are accountable for all day-to-day operations of the branch and they ensure that all established policies and procedures are followed. They ensure that all members are promptly and professionally served and that branch operations are driven by a member-focused model of service. The Branch Manager is responsible for ensuring that the overall mission, values, and strategic plan of the Credit Union are reflected in all branch activities.

Lending Support Supervisor - Consumer

The Position 

Under managerial direction, oversee the day-to-day operations of the consumer loan administration functions of the credit union and ensure compliance with all legislation, regulations, by-laws, policies, and procedures. The supervisor provides leadership that supports the vision of a team approach between lenders, administrative staff, and other internal and external stakeholders to the overall lending process. Responsible for the consumer lending support team’s human resource activities including training, developing, coaching and performance reviews.

Education & Experience

  • Grade 12 diploma plus one to three years of experience in consumer loan administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Member Service Supervisor

The Position

The Member Service Supervisor is responsible to supervise, motivate and develop member services staff. Ensure adequate cash supplies and adherence to security procedures.

​Member Service Representative

The Position

Member Service Representatives provide members with a variety of services related to the promotion and sale of cash and non-cash related deposit products and services with courtesy and accuracy. The successful candidate will respond to members and potential members inquiries, analyze needs, and assists members to utilize the product or service which best meets those needs.


Note – the successful candidate(s) will provide support to multiple community branches from designated base sites. Candidates must also have a drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle.


The Person

The successful candidate will have a grade 12 diploma and 2 years job related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A commitment to member service must be evident with the ability to build and maintain relationships with members. The individual must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as analytical and decision making abilities.


Compensation

Compensation for this position is $20.77 - $24.71 per hour.
