Under general direction, the Manager, Credit Adjudication is responsible for leading and supporting the credit adjudication and second line of defense aspects of the team. The position provides leadership and direction to internal member support to lenders to upkeep the member experience.

Under general supervision, this position is responsible for supporting the credit adjudication and second line of defense aspects of the team. The Credit Adjudicator provides internal member support to lenders to upkeep the member experience. This role supports the development, growth, and succession of key critical credit risk procedures for primarily the consumer loan portfolio of the Credit Union.

Full Time 18 Month Term
Hamiota Branch
Supporting branches include: Hamiota and Kenton. Consideration will be given to candidates outside of the branch area however travel will be required to each branch at least one day per week.
Under broad managerial direction, promote and sell commercial and agricultural lending services to current members and potential members. Administer and control assigned portion of loans portfolio. Ensure all loan activities are in compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, policies and procedures.

The Position
Member Service Representatives provide members with a variety of services related to the promotion and sale of cash and non-cash related deposit products and services with courtesy and accuracy. The successful candidate will respond to members and potential members inquiries, analyze needs, and assists members to utilize the product or service which best meets those needs.
Note – the successful candidate(s) will provide support to multiple community branches from designated base sites. Candidates must also have a drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle.
The Person
The successful candidate will have a grade 12 diploma and 2 years job related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A commitment to member service must be evident with the ability to build and maintain relationships with members. The individual must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as analytical and decision making abilities.
Compensation
Compensation for this position is $20.77 - $25.40 per hour.
