Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, the Manager of Talent, Learning and Development is responsible for assisting in developing, cultivating and promoting the credit union’s talent, learning and development objectives. This position is actively involved in supporting the development and implementation of comprehensive employee programs that enhance the alignment of people and processes to meet organizational goals. The position will be filled in a term capacity for up to 18 months based out of any Fusion branch location.
The Person
As the ideal candidate, you have proven experience as a progressive leader in learning and development. You are a strong people leader with experience motivating both direct and indirect teams to perform their best. You have the ability to work within an environment that is innovative, and able to utilize a commonsense approach with sound judgement to provide clear direction. You have a strong understanding of the talent, learning and development landscape, requirements, and business impacts. You hold a post-secondary degree in human resources or a relevant discipline along with three to five years of related experience (or a combination). You are also working towards or achieved the Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation. A high level of integrity, superior communication and interpersonal skills round out your experience.

Compensation for this position is $44,940 - $55,035 per annum.

The Position
Member Service Representatives provide members with a variety of services related to the promotion and sale of cash and non-cash related deposit products and services with courtesy and accuracy. The successful candidate will respond to members and potential members inquiries, analyze needs, and assists members to utilize the product or service which best meets those needs.
Note – the successful candidate(s) will provide support to multiple community branches from designated base sites. Candidates must also have a drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle.
