Join one of Manitoba’s Top Employers

We are extremely proud to announce that Fusion Credit Union has been recognized as one of Manitoba’s Top Employers for four consecutive years!

Manitoba’s Top Employers is an annual competition organized by the editors of Canada’s Top 100 Employers. This special designation recognizes Manitoba employers that lead their industries in offering an exceptional employee experience and work environment.

“Over the past several years, our organization has experienced substantial growth in all areas, including our employee experience,” states Darwin Johns, CEO of Fusion Credit Union.  “We have built an inclusive environment that is centered around employee wellness and is focused on providing meaningful work for all employees."

Employers are evaluated by the editors of Canada’s Top 100 Employers using the same eight criteria as the national competition:

  • Physical Workplace

  • Work Atmosphere and Social Atmosphere

  • Health, Financial and Family Benefits

  • Vacation and Time Off

  • Employee Communications

  • Performance Management

  • Training and Skills Development

  • Community Involvement

Employers are compared to other organizations in their field to determine which offers the most progressive and forward-thinking programs.

“From career building to continuous learning to community involvement, we provide the opportunities for our employees to find fulfillment in all aspects of their lives,” says Johns.  “Our goal is to help our employees feel inspired and empowered, realize their full potential, and provide opportunities for meaningful contributions each and every day.”
