Disaster Relief Funding
Nonprofits, community groups, schools, recreational or faith organizations are eligible for funding.
Project must be within the credit union’s established community or service area.
A direct or significant impact resulting from a weather event in the spring or summer of 2026 is demonstrated; funding supports repair, replacement and/or restoration.
Eligible expenses include: facility repairs, damaged equipment or materials, restoration of community spaces, cleanup and recovery costs, accessibility repairs, and resilience improvements.
Projects must benefit the broader community; priority may be given where funding restores an essential or highly used service or facility.
A defined scope, clear budget and reasonable implementation plan must be provided; projects should be substantially completed within 12 months.
A dedicated range may be established; support is for one-time emergency or recovery needs, not ongoing operations.
Previously planned projects, unless materially affected by flooding are not eligible for disaster relief funding. For non-disaster relief projects, please submit a regular Full Circle Fund Application.
Private property, residences, individual owners or for-profit businesses are not eligible for funding.
Additional consideration may be given to public safety, accessibility, essential community access, long-term resilience, emergency preparedness or climate adaptation.
