Direct Alerts

Alerts help you stay connected with notifications about important changes to your account activity.

When you sign up for Direct Alerts, you will receive account and security alerts depending on your preferences: 

  • There are 3 notification types for each alert: SMS, email, and push notifications.
  • Account Alerts are setup for each individual account and there are 4 subscriptions available:
    • Transaction
    • Balance
    • Insufficient Funds
    • Failed Transactions.
  • Security alerts are setup for each member profile.
  • By default members will receive an email notification for password change, new biometric access, and account locked.

HOW DO I SIGN UP?

To sign up for alerts, just follow the steps below or these step-by-step instructions:

  1. Login into Fusion Xpress.
  2. Select My Fusion from the navigation menu.
  3. Select Alerts.
  4. Click on the accounts or security.
  5. Select your preferences and you’re all set!
