Potential Canada Post Strike

Potential Mail Service Disruption

Canada Post workers are not on strike yet, but it never hurts to be prepared.  A potential Canada Post strike may result in delays in receiving mail, including paper statements, credit cards, debit cards and other communication from Fusion.  Below is information regarding how the strike could affect you, as a member, and the steps you can take to ensure you are prepared for a potential disruption in mail services.

Member Statements

Member statements are available to download and view in digital form (estatements) through online banking and our Fusion mobile app. If you are not set up for digital banking, please contact your local branch for assistance.  Information regarding online banking and the mobile app can be found at the following links:

If you already use digital banking, but need to sign up for estatements, your statement preferences can be found in the following menus:
Online banking - My Fusion/Settings/Statement Preferences
Mobile app - More/General Settings/Statement Preferences

Online banking and the Fusion mobile app also allow you to access your accounts, pay bills, transfer funds and so much more.  There has never been a better time to go digital!

We also recommend that members sign up for direct deposit for payroll, government payments and all other payments to ensure your funds are automatically deposited into your bank account.

MemberCards

If you need a new or replacement debit card, please visit your local branch for assistance.

Collabria Credit Cards

New or replacement Collabria credit cards - In the event of a postal strike, expect delays with the delivery of credit cards.  Collabria has been proactively re-issuing credit cards that are set to expire in the coming months.  Affected cardholders should have received a new card in advance of the scheduled expiry.

Viewing Collabria statements - credit card statements are available to view in digital form through the following methods:
Personal Members - CardWise online or mobile app.  Enroll in CardWise here
Business Members - MyCardInfo online. Enroll in MyCardInfo here

Making payments to your Collabria credit card - Please remember that during a potential Canada Post strike, you are still responsible for making your minimum monthly payment by the due date to ensure your account remains in good standing.  Making payments to your credit cards can be done through the CardWise Mobile App for personal accounts, or MyCardInfo for business accounts.  In addition to making payments, CardWise and MyCardInfo allow you to view your balances and transactions.
